Want Increase breast milk

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My son is 3 month old and he is only on breast Feed now earlier he used to feed both fm and bm but now from past 15 days he refuses fm and want only bm but problem is my bm os low which wont be able to satisfy his demand due to which he reduces his weight as well as he wont be able to sleep because his tummy is not full please dr help me out i am very much worried it really hurts when my child cry due to hunger. I use himalaya cap for increasing bm it helps but not much effective also using all home remedies suggested by family member but they all help not very much

Drink milk and water before every feeding and start cap lactare 2cap three times a day and shatavarex powder three times a day for 2months.
