Breast feeding inadequate
My baby is 2 months old. I'm having flat nipples. He is not latching properly. Also my milk supply is not adequate. Don't want to give formula feeds. Please suggest me what to do.

Use a nipple puller that will evert the nipple and then try to latch on the baby. You can also use breast pump. Drink more fluids Stay hydrated Try to sleep when baby sleeps Eat healthy diet Galactogogues will increase your milk supply like garlic, yeast and moringa You can also take tablets Try different positions to feed the baby Consult for further if you are having doubts

Incase of retracted nipple you can use breast pump and feed the baby . Continue to latch baby . You can use gakactogouge to increase breast milk. Consult please
