You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Do some exercises at home level.. like , squats, up down, crunches, leg cycling, etc..
Take one cup of hot cinnamon water in the morning daily
Do not avoid breakfast...
Take lunch properly curd or salad complusary part or your lunch....
Do not sit after taking meal..walk at least 10 minutes....
Take one exchange of carbs means take only rice or Chappati only at one time.

Hydrates your self with plenty of fresh fruits and lime water. Do not full your stomach every time you eat....before goin gym and also between gym do comsume water or tonic water.take meal gapes 1 hr before going gym with light foods.
Ur wt seem to be in the ideal wt range for ur height. Ur BMI IS 25.5 which is perfect. U still can loose a few kgs to be even more healthier.
U just need to indulge in some active exercise regime like 45 min brisk walk, jogging or power yoga including Surya namaskar, pranayam or any other aerobic or cardio exercise in a gym.
Apart from that try to limit intake of visible fat like butter, ghee, cheese, mayonnaise, bakery products, processed foods like Momo's, Chinese foods bcs they are ladden with unhealthy fats n refined carbs. U can avoid taking simple sugars like sugar, jaggery, honey etc
