- Morning: -Chamomile tea - Almonds (5 peeled) - Breakfast: - 1 bowl of fruits - 1 glass of hot milk - 1 toasted Brown bread - 11:40 am: 1 medium portion of Roasted Makhana with jaggery (snack) - Lunch (1:00 pm): - 1 bowl of veg sambhar( seasonal veg only) - 2 servings of brown rice - Salad (cucumber) - 4:30 pm: Detox tomato water (1 liter, drink in gaps) - 6:00 pm: Walk 40 minutes - 7:00 pm: 2 Moong dal cheela with less spice (mixed vegetable sauté) - 9:00 pm: 500 ml water

B 12 deficiency in Vegetarians will need supplementation...but also focus on having curd, leafy vegetables as prebiotics.

Healthy afternoon, Vitamin B-12 add in diet pulse , legumes, sprouts, nuts, seeds , and add probiotics like curd , buttermilk, idli , dosa For iron sources : add green leafy, dates , black raisins , lentils, tofu , spinach, dark chocolate, mushrooms, beans, nuts and fortified cereals
