Since one day before my 3y9m boy got fever , have had  vomitting 5 to 6 times, now watery stool, temp is 99.5 at armpit. Plz tell wat is t b done?

Looks like he is having gastro intestinal infection. May need more history, u can consult me online if possible or see your routine pediatrician.
