Give syrups for fever and cough . Foods u can give anything without oil and spicy . Give kichidi and soups .

Hello parent, Fever can be relieved with Syp Calpol given every 4-6 hourly and sponging You can give Syp Emeset for vomiting With cough and these symptoms, ideally the child should be checked by nearest pediatrician. Try simple steam inhalation for cough till then, warm soups, good amount of fluids, moong dal khitchri and frequent 2 hourly feeding is advised Need to get her chest examined
