Stomach ache, Vomiting, Fever

Asked for Female, 4 Years

Hi, My daughter is 3.5 years old & her weight is about 17 kg. From 25 April she is suffering from minor stomach ache. Yesterday morning (26 April) she vomited. 12.30 AM (27 April) suffered from fever. Yesterday i gave 1.5 ml graniforce twice & 5 ml meftal spas once in the evening. At 12.30 AM due to fever i gave 5ml meftal-p. Just now given 1.5 ML Graniforce & 5 ML Meftal Spas. Can you suggest me if treatment is ok or need any change.

T/t looks good. Give plenty of liquid diet,stop milk. Can add tab Lansoprazole 15 mg 1 daily empty stomach.I f symptoms persists more than 3 days,consultation needed,
