  4. Vomiting and weakness. Be the reason?

Vomiting and weakness
Whole day fever. Frequently vomit after eating any kind of food, feeling heat and uneasy at night. Feeling very weak. This symptoms from. Last 5 days. Could anyone suggest what could be the reason? I did all testing but reports are normal. Regards, Amit
