Vomiting and Loose motions since night

Asked for Male, 32 Years

From 3 AM in the morning there was extensive pain in the stomach and after sometime have 7-8 continuous vomiting and 3-4 loose motions . After that I had some relief and slept around 6:30 am in the morning. After I got there was full pain in the body and fever around 100-101 F . Then I took some electral and lemon water continuously. But in the after noon all again got vomited . Please let me know the cure for this. Thanks
