Vomited opaque jelly mass

I recently got a sore throat, and decided to treat myself with salt water gargles. At one point, my throat got very aggravated and I began to vomit a little. To my surprise, a solid jelly like substance with a mucus-ey texture came out of my mouth, it was opaque and about the length of two and a half inches (give or take). It was green-ish in color with very small specks of black dots in it. It was solid and could be picked up without breaking, and squishy.

Hello user, this can happen when you have sinusitis in the nose and mucuos collect and form such mass.... And many times it goes into the stomach .... Don't worry and consult a Rhinologist or an ENT doctor for it....
