My baby girl is 18 months old from yesterday is start vomit i consult local child specialist took some medic8 vomit stop diarrhoea start and fever too is also having teething refuse to eat also please advice

Firstly,stop bottle feeding,if given.
Give just 2 milk and 4 solid meals a day,use a glass for milk.
Give syp ondem for vomiting 30 mins before meals,and ors after every loose motion if watery.
Make sure to give curds and Banana in the diet.
Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
