Persistent vomiting associated with severe headache needs urgent medical evaluation, especially if he is unable to retain even fluids or ondansetron syrup. Please take him to the nearest pediatrician/emergency immediately for examination and hydration assessment. Do not force large amounts of water/ORS at once. Give only small sips frequently till seen. Seek emergency care urgently if there is drowsiness, confusion, fever, neck stiffness, severe abdominal pain, green vomit, blood in vomit, reduced urine, or worsening headache.
