What to do:
Give Paracetamol 15 mg/kg per dose (every 6 hours if needed).
Give small sips of ORS every 5–10 minutes.
Stop heavy food for few hours.
Start light food (rice, curd, banana) once vomiting settles.
## If vomiting continues, child not drinking, very dull, severe stomach pain, or fever >102°F → see doctor immediately.
Main focus: prevent dehydration.
Do a consultation physically or online , Need to ask more questions before suggesting further management and weight is needed for dosage of other drugs .
For Vomitings - Give syrup Ondem 5ml thrice daily before 30mins to food for 2 days
Yes you give Paracetamol 6.5ml every 6th hourly if temperature present
