Vomit advice
My 4 years daughter vomited thrice in an hour. She is also having 100 fever. I have given 6.5 mg calpol. Pls suggest

You need to show to a pediatrician.. there is no shortcut.
Till then give 5ml of syrup ondansetrom (5ml/2mg) and attempt food after 1/2 hr
If she vomits the medicine immediately repeat medication. I
Calpol I need to know the formulation and also you have not mentioned the weight of the baby so difficult to tell if dose was adequate.
Anyways do aggressive tepid sponging with Luke warm water to bring down temperature

Most likely viral infection
What to do:
Give Paracetamol 15 mg/kg per dose (every 6 hours if needed).
Give small sips of ORS every 5–10 minutes.
Stop heavy food for few hours.
Start light food (rice, curd, banana) once vomiting settles.
## If vomiting continues, child not drinking, very dull, severe stomach pain, or fever >102°F → see doctor immediately.
Main focus: prevent dehydration.

For Vomitings - Give syrup Ondem 5ml thrice daily before 30mins to food for 2 days
Yes you give Paracetamol 6.5ml every 6th hourly if temperature present
