Vitiligo NB-UVB Treatment

I am facing VITILIGO for 5years. I had tried all type of treatment but never fully cured.Now I am taking NB-UVB Treatment. I want to know how much effective this treatment is? How long it will take? And what are the chances that it will not come back after treatment?
