Vitiligo confirmation
For vitiligo, I am applying Melgain Lotion at night Pacroma Cream at morning however there is no releif or change in pigmentation... is this correct treatment?

Sometimes additional treatment is needed for vitiligo if no response to primary treatment. Only creams use may fail to recover pigmentation if extensive involvement is there. So come for review and expert treatment

Yreatment is correct bit u may need a more aggressive treatment inthe for of immunosuppressive medications These will give u better and faster results with long lasting results. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
