Vitiligo by blood transfer

Hi. Vitiligo has happened to my wife grand mother only after she had taken blood from other (unknown person) during her one of the operation. I would like to know is vitiligo can happen due that transfer of blood if the blood was taken from vitiligo diseased person. Thank you
