Vitamins during pregnancy
I am 30 my first pregnancy. Im 7 weeks pregnant im taking folic acid since 2 days because i didnt know i was pregnant. Is there any other vitamins i should take .

Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area who can examine you and advise a number of investigations. Please appreciate that one day your pregnancy will grow up to 9 months and you will have delivery. That job will not be done by Tele-consultation. Why not get yourself booked for Antenatal examination and delivery at a Nursing home or a Hospital in your area where you will finally have your delivery.

Folic acid supplements are mandatory. Kindly get yourself all the initial blood tests to cover up any other deficiencies if present like vitamin D3 etc. Connect for further elaboration.
