Query regarding 30-week pregnancy: Inj
I am  at 30 w 5 d of gestation. I have been experiencing intermittent, brief episodes of  contractions (2-3 times a day, lasting 1-2 seconds) over the past several weeks, occurring sporadically (within a gap of 2 to 3 days) without a specific pattern. During my last visit, I was  recommended Inj Betnesol at my upcoming visit on  33rd Week). Could you kindly clarify the indication for this & whether it implies any potential contraindication to a normal vaginal delivery? Regarding my recent USG Doppler report (30 w 5 d): A) The estimated EFW is 1556 grams (+/- 230 grams),  22 %tile. B) A single loose loop of umbilical cord  noted around the fetal neck. I would appreciate your expert opinion on: 1. The safety and implications of the Inj Betnesol. 2. Whether the fetal weight is adequate and, if not, suggestions for optimization. 3. The risks associated with the nuchal cord . My current weight is 63.800 kg, with an increase of 800 grams since the 27th week. Thank you for your guidance.
