Dear Practo user
Vitamin absorption to our body is purely depended on the ingredients present and our body's bio individuality...
When ever u choose a supplement, go for fssai approved, that is one agency approves supplements in India...

One should take supplements which are Fssai certified but are they really absorbed by the body??
Its better to eat a well balanced diet and enjoy your food . Most minerals and vitamins are abundantly available in vegetables and fruits. So eat plenty of these.
Next Steps
in case you have been prescribed these by Doctor then make sure you buy those with Fssai certification .

Also make sure you know how to consume which supplements ? You can consult with me on practo for this.
Hello.
There are various organisations that provide approval to drugs/ herbal medication/ Ayurvedic supplement etc. The absorption does not depend on approval or certification, it depends on your body’s capacity and the chemical formulation of particular supplement.
Approvals are given only to ensure safety of the product , not to establish absorption or efficacy.
Next Steps
Take supplements which are by well known pharma companies
