Greetings for the day!!     The best way to get Vitamin D is get atleast 30mins midday sun exposure everyday. Coming to veg sources of vitamin D, the sources are very less. Cheese and mushrooms provide some amount of vitamin d to the body. For vitamin d to get absorbed better, fat is very important. Sauteing mushroom in butter can help with the absorption. Apart from that, sunlight is the best way to get vitamin D. Consult a qualified nutritionist to get a detailed diet plan if required. Thank you
