Vitamin deficiency
I have done vitamin deficiency health checkup from thyrocare and as per report, my vitamin profile is: 25-OH-Vitamin D (Total) : 10.84 ng/ml Vitamin B12 : 255 pg/ml Folate : 3.7 ng/ml Calcium : 9.18 mg/ml Thyroid Stimulating Harmone (TSH) : 3.29 µIU/ml So, I am Vitamin D deficient, as well as deficiency of Folate. While Vitamin B12 value is just above lower limit of 211 pg/ml. Being a student and away from home, it is difficult to have an exact proper diet as of now. So, what Supplements (minimum) can I take along with simple diet to overcome the above mentioned deficiencies? P.S. The report of four tests other than TSH is attached hereby.

Vitamin D deficiency is very common as most of us work indoor. You can take vit d suplement (vit d3 60k unit once a week for 4 week and then once a month for a year). Vit B12 deficiency is common in vegetarian. You also need to take vitamin supplements (like tab vitcofol or folvite MB) regularly.
