Vitamin deficiency
Hello Doctor, my reports show Vitamin D is 8.2 ng/mL and Vitamin B12 is 215 pg/mL. Please advise what treatment or supplements I should take. Thank you.

Start vitamin d Sachet Uprise d3 60k , once weekly for 8 months And tablet neurobion 500mg once a day for 15 days

Tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Tab uprise 60,000units once a week for 6 weeks. Take mushrooms,  fortified cereals, nuts, curd, cheese almond, soya, sprouts. Repeat test after 6 weeks.

Your vit B12 is in normal range but on lower side so take Tab Neurobian forte or Tab Methylcocalamine 1500mcq once a day for a month Your vit D is deficient So start Sachet vit D3 60k with milk at bedtime once a week and continue till 2 month.Meanwhile added food with rich source of vit B12 and other minerals

  Vit d3 is very poor. Inj uprise d60k one in gluteal region intramuscular  every two months for three injection  will full fill  your  demand.  Or go oral Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a  COMPLETE THERAPY BY WHO. NEUROKIND OD ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 2 MONTHS. ALREADY ANSWERED TWICE
