Rx:
Tab Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly × 6–8 weeks
Tab Vitamin B12 / Neurobion Forte once daily × 4–6 weeks
Add calcium-rich diet + sunlight exposure
Repeat levels after 6–8 weeks
