vitmin d supplements will not increase your haifall. make sure you are having more of iron and biotin rich foods like watermelon seeds, gardencress seeds, dates, organ meat, tomatoes. Dont forget to oil your hair atleast weekly twice

Yes it is. You need to take vitamin D rich foods as well as add other vitamins and minerals like biotin niacin vitamin c ,zinc iron provide hair nourish and healthy longer hair.
