Can i take one vitamin d tab once a week? Im into bodybuilding and al d experts r saying its essential to take a vitamin d supplemnt atleast once a week as it is linked wid testosterone

Unless required don't take any medications. Test for serum ser vitamin d3. And if required you can take medicines.Even exposure to sun also increases  vitamin d level.
