I have a value of 24.5 for "25-OH Vitamin D (Total)"
And B12 value 185.
The doctor suggested me to take Lumia 60k tablet daily with Milk,
But everyone around me tells me to take it weekly.
What are your suggestions in this
And since I am eggetarian, can only consuming eggs being b12 to normal?
