Vitamin D is low
Hi, i recently did a vitamin test and found that vitamin D is 14. What is the normal range of Vitamin D in adults, is this very low because i am facing tingling sensation in my feet hand.

Hey there. Since you're just 29, your Vitamin D shouldn't be that low. It might be due to a lot of other reasons other than dietary. So first you should get your serum calcium checked. Then if that's low too, we can proceed with detailed work up. Also, since you're having tingling sensation, I'm assuming you're a pure vegetarian.

Yes ofcourse such sensation occurs due to deficiency of vitamin B12 as well Vit D, you must take calcium sachet like calcirol having 60k concentration 2 sachet in week with glass of milk and continue it for 4 weeks than just take one sachet once a week, vit b 12 tablet once daily before meals

Levels of 50 nmol/L (20 ng/mL) or above are adequate for most people for bone and overall health. Levels below 30 nmol/L (12 ng/mL) are too low and might weaken your bones and affect your health.

tingling sensation could be due to many reasons. most common could be due to B complex vitamin defeciency. start on a B complex vitamin supplement and also on a weekly once Vitamin D supplement after consulting a nearby Physician.
