My Vitamin D level is 22.5 and my calcium level is 9.4mg/dl. I have hypothyroidism and my endocrinologist recommended Tayo vit D3 + Cal supplement at night. It has 500 mg cal and 1000 iu vit d3. Is this dose sufficient? Or I need to use uprise d3 to increase my d3 levels?

Vitamin D deficiency is common , pls dont worry . You can continue as advised by your endocrinologist, if you dont want to take on a daily basis . Can opt for an intramuscular injection , or can take uprise d3 once a week for 6 weeks . Connect if any further doubts.
