Vitamin D insufficiency

I did blood & thyroid test 2 days ago. My Vitamin D is 17.30 indicating insufficiency. Rest all the reports showed normal. I was wondering which supplement or diet would help?

You have got 3 options. Either take an vit D emulsion injection and you are free for next 5 years. Else take vit D3 scachet in milk twice a week for 6 months atlest. Last option is to rake a calcium+vit D combination tablet once daily for 3 months. Also sirens some time in sun and drink milk daily
