My vitamin d is low 20 , Doctor prescribed me Lumia 60 k weekly , and shelcal XT daily , shelcal XT was causing side effects to me ,upset stomach,so I stopped it , can I take another tablet which contains
Vitamin d3 , pyridoxine,alpha lipolic acid ,mecobalmin,
Is it safe to take vitamin d3 500 IU daily , while Lumia 60 K weekly is on going
