Your musculoskeletal symptoms along with low level of serum vitamin D level is suggestive of Vitamin D Insufficiency.
Since you have not yet reached to level of Vitamin D deficient state, I would not recommend high loading doses of vitamin D on weekly basis to avoid its toxicity. Instead, your body requires daily maintenance dose of Vitamin D to correct the insufficiency.
Next Steps
You are required to have
1. Adequate sun exposure of min 15 min (preferably early morning in summer)
2. Daily Vitamin D supplementation in dosage between 1-2 k
3. Vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids rich food e.g., milk and milk products (yogurt, chaanch, cheese), egg yolk, fatty fishes (salmon, tuna), mushroom etc.
Health Tips
Besides I would recommend you to get tested for
Serum calcium and phosphate, Liver function test and Kidney function test and Thyroid
