Take tab cholecalciferol 60,000 units once a week for 6 weeks, then one  per month for 6 months. Take fortified cereals,  mushrooms,  eggs, dates, curd, cheese, soya, almonds. Spend an hour or so in morning sun, with limbs exposed.
