Vitamin D deficiency
I recently got tested for Vitamin D through VITAMIN D, 25-Hydroxy. The result is 9.93 ng/ml.
Last year the same test gave it 13.4 ng/ml.
My Vitamin B12 (CLIA) is 192.

D3 is very low whereas vit. B12 is at lower level of normal.
Take vit d 20microgram daily,
Tab neurobion forte one daily for thirty days
