I have done a
vitamin check for myself and i found
vitamin D value is 18.57 which is lesser than 20 that means there is deficiency of vitamin D in my body. It seems because of this i m getting knee pain very frequently now a days after doing some extra physical work. What supplements will u recommend to increase value. My wife is also having vitamin D deficiency and current value is 12. Her age is 27, weight 54kgs and height 5'1".
Please do share the supplements, food or any exercise that will help us to increase vitamin D value.
