For a couple of months i was having slight pain in my legs so i got a routine blood checkup a few days back . everything other than Vitamin D and LDL was normal.
The vitamin D stood at 12.9 ng/ml
LDL at 123
LDL/HDL at 2.9
Please suggest what needs to be done

Smwhere you eating wrong and no exercise less water can be the reasons too . Vitamin d is commonly very less nowadays so just supplements will help you . chat directly for detailed conversation and better nutrition guidance for proper results
You do need Vit D supplements.LDL is the bad cholesterol.To bring it under normal limits, exercise everyday for atleast 30 mins.Take good quality fats like walnuts/almonds/flax seeds etc.
