Severe vitamin D deficiency
I have been prescribed vitamin D supplements along with calcium on alternate days . Am I supposed to take any K2 supplements along with them? If yes , I should go for which one because I don't consume enough non vegetarian food like liver ?

Kindly share the reports. Also before starting any supplements it’s always better to go for a testing or an expert advice. As excessive supplements also are not good for our system
