I have been prescribed vitamin D supplements along with calcium on alternate days .
Am I supposed to take any K2 supplements along with them? If yes , I should go for which one because I don't consume enough non vegetarian food like liver ?

Hello
There is severe vitamin D deficiency
Exact dose depends on your blood test value, but usually doctors prescribe:
60,000IU vitamin D3 tablets once weekly for 6-8 weeks
This should be taken under medical guidance, as excess vitamin D can cause toxicity
2. Vitamin D -rich foods
Fatty fish salmon, sardines, mackerel
Egg yolk
Fortified milk plant based , orange juice
Mushrooms exposed UV
3. Sunlight exposure
15-20 minutes daily before 11:00 am sunbath daily
Kindly share the reports. Also before starting any supplements it’s always better to go for a testing or an expert advice. As excessive supplements also are not good for our system
