Can take together as Nervin d is Methylcobalamin b12 inj which is water soluble vitamin where as cholecalciferol is Vit D which is fat soluble , so there will be no interactions between them But high doses of vitamin D shouldnot be taken may lead to toxicity

Yes, you can safely take Nervijen-D (which contains methylcobalamin + alpha-lipoic acid + benfotiamine + other B vitamins) together with cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) — in fact, this combination is very commonly prescribed in India for people with low vitamin D (your level 8.7 ng/mL is severely deficient) + nerve-related symptoms, fatigue, or general weakness. Nervijen-D does not contain vitamin D, so there is no overlap or risk of overdose when combined with separate cholecalciferol. Taking only Nervijen-D would help with B12 and nerve support but would not correct your severe vitamin D deficiency — so both together is the better choice.
Next Steps
1. Start both after confirming with your doctor (especially since you are breastfeeding or have any other medicines/conditions) — but this combo is safe and standard. 2. Typical safe dosing (doctor will confirm/adjust): • Nervijen-D: 1 capsule daily after food (usually at night) • Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3): 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks (then 2,000 IU daily maintenance) — brands like D-Rise, Uprise-D3, Calcirol, Lumia are fine 3. Add calcium 500–1,000 mg daily (e.g., Shelcal HD, Calcimax) — vitamin D works much better with calcium. 4. Recheck vitamin D after 8–12 weeks — aim for 40–60 ng/mL.
Health Tips
• Take vitamin D with a fatty meal (milk, curd, eggs, ghee) — absorption increases 2–3 times. • Nervijen-D is best after dinner — helps with any nerve tingling/fatigue. • Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily + 15–20 min safe sunlight exposure (arms/legs) — supports vitamin D. • Avoid tea/coffee 1 hour before/after supplements — can reduce absorption slightly. You are doing the right thing by correcting this severe deficiency early — most people feel significantly more energetic and less achy within 4–8 weeks. For a quick, personalized plan (exact brand + dose schedule safe for you, best time to take each, diet tips to boost absorption, which calcium supplement is best, and when to retest), please book an online consultation with me — I’ll review your full symptoms, breastfeeding status (if any), and any other medicines to give you a clear, safe, step-by-step guide so you recover faster and feel stronger again. You have a severe deficiency of Vitamin D. The tablets like Nervigen have a very small amount of Cholecalciferol. So you should go for a regular Vit D3 supplement having 60 K  vitamin D 3
