After the injections my pain faded away. Now after one year again is my having the same pain with stiff shoulder and pain starts from neck and even the hand is hurting me so bad. . When it got several I started getting pins kind of pain while lifting up or any small activity. I was a breastfeeding mother when I started having this pain before one year. Looks like you had bursitis or tendinitis in shoulder joint. Injections are often given for these conditions. At this stage I would suggest to see some orthopaedic surgeon who specialise in shoulder joint because you probably will need MRI to know status of ROTATOR CUFF of your shoulder. Also it’s important to rule out any cervical issues as they usually radiates in arm. Hope you are not diabetic.
Next Steps
You can consult Ortho surgeon specialising in SPORTS MEDICINE at Sawan Neelu Angel Hospital, Saket , New Delhi. If that’s comfortable or else you can consult someone in Banglore

Your complaints look more like neck pain radiating to the hand Please get an X-ray Cervical Spine done and consult accordingly If your Vit D3 levels are normal after treatment there is no need to take D Rise 60k
