Vitamin D deficiency and glossitis
I have diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency 9.3 mg/dl (normal range provided 30-100 mg/dl) also suffering from recurring tongue ulcer and pain specifically tip of the tongue with cracks on tongue. Having low back pain as well. Also my triglyceride level is high(388 mg/dl) and Direct LDL is (135 mg/dl). what is the best oral suppliment should I take for vitamin D deficiency? Should I take any medication for my elevated lipid profile?
