Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiency
Last month I had my full body checkup and my report shows that I have Vitamin D deficiency with only 5.2 as the level and Vitamin B12 is at the border line which is 120pg/ml. Which medicine should I take to remove this deficiency or which type of doctor should I consult with?

For vitamin B12 you dont need to worry much as it is okay to have a borderline vitamin B12. For benefits you can add curd to your diet if appropriate. For vitamin D deficiency you need to have weekly injection of vitamin D which you can get by getting a prescription from a certified general physician or md medicine. As it is too low, you will need injections for quick recovery. Alternatively you can take oral tablets as well but it will take many months to get to a normal level. So injections are preferred. Additinally get yourself some sunlight in the morning for the natural synthesis of vitamin D. Preferred time is from 8am to 11am
