Hi there...I can understand your concern. Vitamin b 12 is available only in non vegetarian foods like meat, poultry, eggs, fish. For vegetarians now fortified cereals, soy milk rich in vitamin b12 is available. If you are a vegan, then supplements are the only way to get vitamin b12. If there is deficiency, you can tablet becosules 1 tablet daily, after food for 1 month. Hope this helps you.
