Vitamin b12 and d deficiency
Hello, I had tested my whole body and found that my tryglycerid is heigh, Vitamin B12 is way low(93) and Vitamin D is just 6. Can I use Rejunex CD3 for the same, some people have suggested for this.

Triglycerides usually don't require treatment unless its beyond a certain range for your age. High is not accurate. Vit D and B12 deficiency is not uncommon and require supplement but not the one suggested alone. No point in medicating without understanding how to treat it. Medications alone won't be of much help also.
