Vitamin b12 & vitamin d deficiency
We had some blood test for vitamins and found that b12 & d is very low in body.i have attached reports for reference if needed. Vitamin b12 is low but vitamin d is below minimum requirement as per report. Doctor gave us some tablets & injection & told us to eat meat, eggs, fish but we prefer vegetarian diet. What should be veg diet to get this vitamins to normal.

Since vegetarian foods lack adequate amounts of both these vitamins it may be difficult to make up for the deficiencies without including foods suggested by your doctor. Get adequate sunlight and eat a wide variety of green leafy vegetables, dals , pulses and nuts. Supplement is vital as both these are important nutrients for overall health and wellbeing.

Hello! For Vit D3 sit in sun for 10 min early in the morning that is in between 7 am -9 am . And for Vit B12 - start consuming raw sprouts everyday in any one meal.
