Hi,
Dry skin, poor health of hair, weakness - this doesn’t not mean you have vitamin C deficiency. It can be due to several other reasons like low protein intake, dehydration, stress, improper sleep habits, less health fat in your diet and indigestion.
Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, start daily exercise, get good sleep and avoid stress.

Hi,
It will be better if you do test to know the level of vitamin c. The cause of dry skin may due to essential fatty acids also and to maintain healthy hair with vitamin c there is a role of protein. It would be better, if you consume a nutritious balanced diet from where you get all the major and micro nutrients. Drink water 3 litre per day.
VitC has its source in citrus fruits, amla, brocoli lemon, papaya, tomato, potato, guava, grapes in abundance.Buttermilk, curds also have plenty of vit C.
VitC boosts immunity, protects from infection, inflammation.and tones the tissues during repair.
But what symptoms ur telling are due to vitE deficiency.
