Recheck your vitamin D level to confirm if it’s normal (30–50 ng/mL). If so, take a maintenance dose of 1000–2000 IU daily or 60,000 IU monthly. Focus on sunlight exposure and vitamin D-rich foods. Avoid over-supplementation, and retesting is key to ensure proper levels and avoid recurrence.

Since you completed your Vitamin D treatment in October 2024, it’s a good idea to ensure your levels are now sufficient and maintain them to prevent deficiency from recurring.
Next Steps
Get a blood test for 25-hydroxy Vitamin D to confirm your current levels. If your levels are still low, you may need another short course of supplementation. Do consult with reports for further management
Health Tips
1. Sunlight Exposure- Spend 15–30 minutes in sunlight (preferably between 10 AM–3 PM) without sunscreen. 2. Take Dietary Sources of Vitamin D Including fortified dairy products, fatty fish (e.g., salmon, mackerel), egg yolks, and mushroom

Vitamin d levels are generally low in Indians due to presence of melanin, hence a proper course of treatment is required. At this point you should get your vitamin d levels checked again and get proper guidance.
