Hi, I am having leg pain and back pain post covid and my vit D is 5 and doctor prescribed me oral dosage of vit D 60000 unit bottle. He mentioned take twice in a week for one month, once in a week for next month and then once a month. Is it okay to take twice in a month for vit D ?

Its better to take 1 dose of injection vitamin D3 and then continue once in a week oral dose.
