Muscle and joint pain are not uncommon after C section. Pregnancy predisposes to poor posture, increase in body fluids and therefore increased stress on joints. Decreased physical activity during post partum period also leads to muscle loss, thus leading to joint pains. It is necessary to find out the cause of pain, before we work on it.
