  4. Viral fever. Asap from this situation.

Hi Doctor, I am suffering from fever from last 4 days. Heavy Cold and Throat pain is increasing the headache and disturbing the whole system.I have taken Crocin and Chest n Cold as medication, apart from that doing gargles twice in a day. Could you please suggest the proper medicines to recover asap from this situation. Thanks, Geha Dave

Hi, It's now a season of flu here in Delhi..and your symptoms are suggestive of flu. General advice would be to take plenty of fluids, healthy balance diet. Continue Crocin in case of faver and bodyache. A detailed history regarding any previous disease like asthma, or any chronic illness?? Whether it's dry cough?? Have you got any investigations?? If not get a complete blood count with differential count and may consult to discuss further.
