  4. Viral Arthritis. To get rid of the pain?

I was diagnosed with vital arthritis a few weeks ago and I got treated for it. However the joints pain still exists. Every morning as soon as I get up from bed my body aches for a few minutes and later in the day my hand, fingers and feet pain all through. My doctor says the pain will stay for a few months. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the pain?
