Very urgent. Help
I have sensitive skin as long as I remember. Since 7_8 years acne. Used a lot of things for that. Used a steroid cream daily for 5 years and stopped in Jan 2016. Since then my face is too dry. And such red areas where I applied the cream the most. I don't know what this is. Please help me. I get no itching, burning, hot feeling, nothing. The sun doesn't bother me. It's just when I apply something else , new product or too cold it gets irritated. No red lines. No swelling. It seems my skin has become too sensitive due to overuse of all products. Is my skin just needs time to heal or is it something else?

Care AI Shimmer
Greetings. Well in this case please meet up a specialist at the earliest. You don't need to panic. Please stop using any fancy stuff like creams and face washes etc that are available over the counter. Cleans your face gently  with soap and water  (cold/normal). Avoid hot water rinses/bathing temporarily. Meet your doctor and get a complete evaluation done. He / she will do the needful. Regards, Dr. Manmeet Singh, Maxillofacial Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgeon & Cosmetologist.
