Very small red bumps on baby face
My baby is 5 and half months old and has small red tiny bumps on face. I think it's baby acne. What cream or ointment I can use on baby to get rid of that. Please advise.

Do not apply oil on the surface. Avoid direct sunlight for the time being. Wash with baby soap. Will heal on its own. If size increases meet your doctor
